• Kokomo Grill hoods feature dual-wall construction, ensuring the stainless steel maintains its color and never fades, preserving a brand-new appearance for years. The grill is ingeniously designed with a more squared-off hood for a visually dominant look.

• The interior of the grill is equipped with commercial-grade, non-coated cooking grids made of stainless steel, facilitating easy cleaning and providing superior heat control compared to other grill surfaces. Our cooking grids are tighter and heavier than those of similar brands. All Kokomo Grills include a warming rack and a powerful IR backburner behind it, reaching up to 1000 degrees in under 30 seconds!

• Beneath the cooking grids, a commercial-grade ceramic searing briquette system ensures even heating across the entire surface, preventing flare-ups and lasting without deterioration.

• Below the charcoal cooking briquettes, two types of burners are provided. Classic models feature stainless steel tube burners with a 12,000 BTU output each, while professional models use upgraded CAST stainless steel burners with a high output of 15,000 BTUs. Stainless steel casting, known for its strength and corrosion resistance, is employed in the professional models.

• The grill includes a reliable blow torch ignition system called "SureLight Ignition," making it easy to ignite the grill on the first click. Each knob has its individual system, ensuring multiple backup igniters.

• This grill can be added to a cart or built in for a DIY project. We designed the grill with a 1” flange all around to conceal your cutout for a clean drop-in.

• Available in Liquid Propane or Natural Gas.
