Whats The Difference Of The Two 30A Options?

30-Amp Transfer Switch (Model 306A1 - 125V)

• Power Inlet: NEMA L5-30 (125V only)
• Max Power: 3750 Watts (125V)
• Compatibility: This model is designed for smaller backup systems that require only 125V circuits, making it ideal for simpler setups like running lights, refrigerators, and basic outlets.
• Use Case: Best for smaller applications where 125V power is sufficient, such as basic household appliances and devices. If you're running fewer, lower-power appliances, this model would suit your needs well.

30-Amp Transfer Switch (Model 306A - 125V/250V)

• Power Inlet: NEMA L14-30 (125V/250V)
• Max Power: 3750 Watts @ 125V / 7500 Watts @ 250V
• Compatibility: This model can handle both 125V and 250V circuits, making it more versatile. It provides double the wattage when using 250V, allowing you to power higher-wattage appliances like well pumps or larger heating systems.
• Use Case: Best for users who need both 125V and 250V circuits, such as those with mixed appliance needs (e.g., running both basic household appliances and higher-wattage devices). If you need more power and versatility, this model is a better fit.

Summary of Differences:

• 306A1 (125V): Ideal for smaller loads, only supports 125V circuits, simpler and lower cost.
• 306A (125V/250V): Supports both 125V and 250V circuits, providing more versatility and higher capacity for powering larger appliances.

Both options are plug-and-play and compatible with the EcoFlow DELTA Pro & Pro3. If your backup needs are relatively modest, the 306A1 (125V) may be sufficient. However, if you foresee needing higher power or a mix of 125V and 250V appliances, the 306A (125V/250V) would be the better choice. If you have any 50A requirements you will need to get the 50A transfer switch.

Simple, Safe Installation

Installing the transfer switch is straightforward but requires a licensed electrician to ensure compliance with electrical codes. Choose either 6 or 10 circuits from your breaker panel to power during a blackout.

Note: This system is only compatible with indoor circuit breaker panels. Additional power cords are required depending on your setup:

• Starter Kit (1 x DELTA Pro): Use a TT30P to L5-30R power cord.
• Advanced Kit (2 x DELTA Pro + Double Voltage Hub): Use an L14-30R to L14-30P power cord.
