Sauna rocks are essential for a traditional sauna experience. By placing them atop your traditional sauna heater (whether wood burning or electric), you will thereby be able to pour water over the stones, producing löyly - the Finnish word for the steam that evaporates from the hot stones.

These are naturally occurring stones sourced from select beaches and rivers across Mexico and come in a variety of shapes and textures. No fillers or colors are needed; simply arrange them on top of your sauna heater.
